I help women UNAPOLOGETICALLY take up space and lead with confidence in the workplace; by embracing how enough they already are. | Keynote Speaker | Trainer and Facilitator | Thought Leadership on Gender Equality
Impactful leadership skills are important in every sector - but it’s especially important across the global development, humanitarian aid industries, and others working for positive social change. Why? Simply put – so we can solve the world’s challenges, faster. Enough Labs is thrilled to partner with WILD Network at this year’s Women’s Global Leadership Forum. When Fiona Macaulay and I first met, neither of us could contain our excitement and passion about the importance of supporting women leaders at every level. We chatted endlessly how much supportive spaces like the WILD Network are needed to help foster creativity and to share ideas around how to navigate the tricky alters of leadership. And that’s why I’m so excited to be partnering with WILD this year as a sponsor. Not only am I thrilled to be part of the incredible lineup of speakers, I’m even more excited to be able to host a delegation from Enough Labs to attend the conference. At Enough Labs, we have always believed in the power of investing in leaders, particularly when it comes to supporting their learning and fostering opportunities for connection. If you are a woman who works in the international development sector - at any level - and is looking to be part of the very first delegation from enough labs, please send me a message. I would love to offer you a spot. So send me a message soon because limited spaces within the Enough Labs delegation. Maybe you’ll join us? #WILDpartner #leadershipatalllevels #invetsinwomensleadership
Enough Labs we appreciate your engagement as a sponsor at the virtual 2024 Women’s Global Leadership Forum. Thank you for supporting inclusive leadership across the global development sector. I advise companies and coach leaders on developing allyship programs to help build diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces.
How delightful to be a Guest Speaker at the Women in Business Club | London Business School EQUALL Conference on March 7th. I’ll be sharing insights from my work as a consultant and coach to companies and their leaders who recognise the urgent need to make their workplaces more inclusive. I’ll be exploring the social and business drivers behind this urgency and set out how companies can introduce inclusive leadership, build an inclusive culture and establish supportive policies. I’ll also be addressing the real challenges that companies face in bringing in these more inclusive practices and policies. In particular, I’ll discuss how men in leadership react to these changes and how they can support gender balance and inclusion. And I’ll talk about the success factors at organisations that pull this off and actually advance and support women in business. Finally, as an actionable step for participants, I’ll share concise steps on how men as leaders, managers and colleagues can “listen to the voices of women” to build their awareness of their experiences and issues and do their part to drive positive change! #inclusiveleadership #genderbalance #womeninbusiness
