Your logistic company then informs you when the verification is successful. 2. In case Buyer want to get an SGS report to verify by himself/herself. There is the second procedure in which the Buyer will provide CPA and sign TTVIA with Seller then the Seller will send fresh SGS report directly to the Buyer to verify it himself/herself. - The refinery also do TTT. The procedure is similar to TTV but instead of providing CPA, Buyer provide TSA for verification. PS. BP Husky Fuel 100K MT in Houston $550 Procedures: 1)Buyer issues ICPO containing the seller's working procedure and banking details along with buyer’s nominated TSR, company registration certificate and buyer’s passport. 2)Seller issues commercial invoice of the product in tanks. 3) Buyer signs and returns commercial invoice and provides logistics joint venture or MOU allowing seller to use buyer’s TSR for injection. 4) Seller issues Full POP including Fresh SGS Q&Q Report. 5) Buyer validates fuel, provides injection coordinates and pays via MT103. 6) Seller transfers title and injects fuel into buyers tanks. 7) Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction. 8) Seller and Buyer negotiate monthly shipments.
