Job openings – Community Services Director and Career Services Director Community Services Director The Director leads the Community Services staff in consistently delivering high-quality person-centered programs that address current and emerging needs and strengthen the Jewish and broader communities by helping individuals and groups build and sustain well-being and meaningful connections. This includes program development, supervision and support of staff, volunteer engagement, participation in fundraising, monitoring program budgets, and implementation of program-specific strategic plans. Along with program staff, the Director is responsible for defining clear goals and measures of success, collecting, and analyzing data, evaluating outcomes, and developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Career Services Director The Director leads the Career Services staff in consistently delivering high-quality person-centered services that address current and emerging community needs related to workforce development and career development. This includes supervision and management of personnel, monitoring program budgets, participation in fundraising, compliance with funders’ requirements, and implementation of the JFCS strategic plan. Along with program managers, the Director is responsible for defining clear goals and measures of success, collecting and analyzing data, evaluating outcomes, and developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. This also includes identifying and cultivating opportunities for innovative growth. Both positions are a part of the agency's Executive Leadership Team.
