I spent yesterday morning on the ½ day Mastermind webinar from InvestCEE LegalTech Consultancy This was a great event with a range of software suppliers demoing their products and telling their stories in bite sized sessions. Again, the main thing that came across is that there’s some fantastic tech out there for law firms and legal teams and most of it is coming from small, owner led, software houses rather than the more traditional larger organisations that seem to be concentrating on squeezing their user base rather than innovating and delivering functionality their users actually want. Shiprocket's Silence: Mobilizing Public Interest for Corporate Accountability and Regulatory Intervention Dear LinkedIn Community, I write to address the pressing concerns arising from our ongoing struggles with Shiprocket, building upon my earlier post dated December 27th, 2023. Despite bringing attention to critical issues, both Shiprocket and its Nominee Directors have remained silent, failing to acknowledge or rectify the challenges we face. Here, I urge for urgent action and accountability from all parties involved. 1. Nominee Directors: Silent Enablers of Corporate Misconduct? - As highlighted in our previous communication, Nominee Directors, entrusted with governance, have actively chosen silence amidst Shiprocket's turmoil. This dereliction of duty raises questions regarding their commitment to stakeholders' interests. 2. Corporate Silence: A Culture of Negligence - Shiprocket's leadership cannot absolve itself of responsibility. The continued silence and lack of transparency reflect a systemic failure in upholding ethical standards and corporate governance principles. The earlier post underscores this concerning trend. 3. Urgent Plea for Regulatory Oversight - Despite the gravity of our concerns, regulatory bodies have yet to intervene. The absence of response from regulatory channels further compounds our apprehensions about Shiprocket's commitment to accountability. We reiterate the need for immediate regulatory attention to restore trust. 4. Stakeholder Concerns: Ignored and Dismissed - Stakeholders, including customers and investors, have been met with indifference and neglect. The lack of response to grievances, as detailed in our earlier post, only exacerbates concerns and erodes trust in Shiprocket's integrity. 5. Mobilizing Public Interest: Uniting for Accountability and Transparency - Our collective voice is crucial in demanding action from Shiprocket and its directors. By raising awareness and mobilizing public interest, we can exert pressure for accountability and transparency in corporate governance practices. - Let us unite in ensuring that corporate misconduct does not go unchecked. Together, we can hold Shiprocket accountable and uphold the integrity of our business community. In conclusion, Shiprocket's persistent silence in the face of mounting issues is unacceptable. We cannot allow corporate misconduct to go unchallenged.
