However, when these perceptions lack objectivity, it can pose significant challenges. Losing objectivity is biggest leadership challenge in new leaders who are heavily driven by their perceptions. One of the key constituents of leadership grooming will be to enable young leaders to separate past-perceptions from objectivity. 🔍 Understanding the Root Cause: Historical perceptions, whether stemming from past experiences or cultural influences, can cloud objectivity in leadership.
