https://lnkd.in/e7b8PaGb The Business Confidence Index was launched by i-FM in 2004 – we’ve been tracking the confidence of the sector for two decades with this report... this is your last opportunity to complete the survey before we compile our results and look at how the landscape is being received today…. If you have a few minutes we’d really appreciate your input. Are we still affected by uncertainty that has held the FM landscape back over the last few years or are we turning a corner? Economic and political factors have not helped in stimulating or creating business growth in general and that has too has held back some clients from committing to new contracts and partners. Add into the mix the relentless advances in technology, the pressures to drive sustainable innovations & outcomes, the multitude of issues in being able to recruit the most basic of workers into the sector and pay them the living wage, together with the ongoing issues of being able to really demonstrate and showcase the added value that we deliver to the wider business community and our ability to be a partner of trust and convince the C Suite that the narrative is not about cost but value derrived.
