Founder, CEO @ Evolutionary Tools, Inc. | Tactical Tools for Trade Workers | Ergonomic Assistive Systems
Update on Steve! (Journeyman Electrician) ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Steve has now had his BACK UP for about a month. He’s finding the tool even more intuitive after using it on multiple jobs. When asked to gauge his productivity increase 📊 per project while wearing the BACK UP, Steve said “10-20% easy per box. But it could be as high as 50% for some jobs, because I no longer need long recovery breaks in between boxes. This really adds up quickly on commercial jobs” If your an electrician, plumber, flooring contractor, tradesperson etc. this tool may pay for itself on its first job. Think about that for a moment…. A tool you may have 10-20 years depending on use, which pays for itself within the first day of use. Wow!! WE WONT EVEN GET INTO WHAT AVERTING INJURIES ALTOGETHER IS WORTH💰💲🩼… we are only talking immediate productivity gains! ROI ✅ ✅ Note to SELF…..this tool should be $6000 not $600….. just saying!! You do the math on what it worth!!! Astonishing ✅ #ergonomicsolutions #productivityboost #postureperfection #backup

What if all contractors, like plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, roofers, painters, and framers, were required to produce the extensive documentation expected from mitigation companies? Would such a mandate significantly drive up the costs for their services? This disparity in documentation standards between mitigation companies and others raises questions. Why do we expect mitigation companies to extensively document their work, often without additional compensation, just to get paid? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

Residential and Commercial Large Loss Insurance Restoration Estimator, Consultant, Appraiser and Umpire
I’ll take a stab at this. First, yes. Pricing would go up if Contractors and Subs were forced to document their work in this way. Second, why are MIT Companies forced by Carriers to document? Because in most cases they are really not submitting an estimate, they are submitting an invoice. Think of it as the difference between a menu and the check when you go to a restaurant. Contractor’s are presenting a menu of items in their scope of work to the Carrier. You can do substitutions, remove certain items and etc. The check at the end of the meal is what MIT is bringing you except they got to choose your meal, how much they needed to feed you, how long they fed you for, and etc. So the Carrier wants it documented on the check with the how, why and when. You may wonder why they do it this way…because we don’t treat Adjusters like Fireman when there is a claim submitted or loss happens. They don’t jump out of bed at 3 a.m. when the Fire or Water leak happens BUT the Mitigation team does. They are the first Responders…so to speak, in how a loss unfolds. Homeowners are forced to get a mitigation company out because that is their obligation in the agreement. It’s classic Fox in charge of the henhouse situation. So…here we are.

It’s time for the home services industry to shine on LinkedIn! 🏡🛠️ While many home service businesses are small and resource-constrained, LinkedIn presents a unique opportunity to build community, share expertise, and connect with potential clients. Imagine a platform where home cleaners, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and more can come together to share best practices, discuss industry challenges, and showcase their work. I believe LinkedIn can be a game-changer for this industry. Should we build a stronger home services community together? #home services #smallbusiness #linkedin #communitybuilding #industrygrowth
