Heading to PLMA? I’d love to set some time aside so we can discuss lifes toughest pizzas questions: What trends can we see in 2024? Does cutting any thin crust pizza into squares make it Tavern Style? If pizza sauce isn’t on the top of the cheese, is it really a Detroit style pizza? What makes a crust “Pinsa”? Why does the gas station keep pizza hot if everyone likes to eat pizza cold? If pineapple on pizza is such a bad thing, why do so many good people enjoy it? If I eat pizza after 430 AM and Im still awake from the night before, is it breakfast or just a really late-night snack? How come microwave pizza never tastes delicious – is it my microwave?
