While walking in the streets of Valencia I saw this writing on the wall: "There are streets you pass through and one where everything happens". In my mind came the tranformative road I crossed in 2023 where everything happened, challenges and opportunities, knowledge and learnings, empowered moments that redefined my path. Likewise, there are people you encounter—some who leave no impression and others who leave a mark. In both personal and professional settings, we meet individuals with whom we share little in common and others who become integral to our personal story—mentors, collaborators, and those who challenge and inspire us. These rare connections and pivotal moments are what shape not only our lives but also our careers, driving us toward growth and success.
