There’s nothing more rewarding than you overcoming you. Activate without the stress. If you’re not moving and doing what you want, you’re overthinking it. Worry is a form of fear that adds ZERO value. If you worry that’s a strong indication of overthinking. Become aware of your fear so you can become the person you’re called to be.

Are you an overthinker ?? Let's work on it together I came across 5 ways which could help one out to stop overthinking: ✅ Write down your thoughts and don't "sugarcoat" anything. ✅ Set a specific time to think about what is bothering you and try to analyze things . ✅ Ask yourself "Will this matter in 5 years ?" .. If not then "Let Go" ✅ Remind yourself that you can't control everything. ✅ Forgive yourself for what you've been holding onto. No one is perfect. Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just look look back where you came from, remember all the battles you won & all the fears you have overcome and let yourself feel proud about your progress. You cannot change reality, but you can control the manner in which you look at things. Your attitude is under your control. "WEED OUT THE NEGATIVE AND FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE"

Overcoming fears is one of the most important steps you take to realizing your potential and achieving all you have desired. Fear is one of the emotions we experience as human beings, which mainly triggers fear-defense Mechanism in which, at this stage, you cannot be able to act in a rational manner. You cannot take on new challenges because of your fear of failure. Until we acknowledge that failure is inevitable and overcome fear, it will be a nightmare trying to get to the other side. Thinking about FEAR can often be more paralyzing than actually facing it. The anticipation, the 'what-ifs', and the imagined scenarios can build up a sense of dread that weighs heavy on the mind and heart. It's important to remember that fear is often a product of our thoughts and perceptions, and that facing it head-on can often diminish its power. Embracing the present moment and the reality of a situation can help to dispel the looming specter of fear, allowing us to approach challenges with a clearer and steadier mind.

What fear is holding you back right now? What challenge have you been avoiding? Don’t let the noise of others distract you from what you already know you need to do. You have the power to take action, to move forward, and to overcome. YOU know what you need to do …even if it’s hard to trust it …even if you’re afraid to do it. You’ve done scary things before, and you can do them again.

Rejection still happens at any age and sucks! This is when it's time to tap into your Emotional Agility Superpowers. 1.) ALLOW yourself to feel the suck. You were hoping something would or would not happen. It's absolutely okay to feel crappy and disappointed. Don't judge yourself for feeling frustrated. 2.) REMEMBER, being rejected NEVER means you are less than. It means The Universe has another path for you. Everything happens for a reason, it truly does. (I know this might sound like BS right now and that's okay.) You are perfect and enough just as you are. You never need validation from others. I promise you! 3.) MOVE this negative energy from your body! Cry it out, scream it out, go for a run, whatever it takes! Move that shit and let it go! Ruminating about the "could'ves, should'ves, would'ves" will happen. It’s also a perfect waste of your energetic space! 4.) REMIND yourself that you are FREAKING FABULOUS! 5.) CHOOSE your perspective. You can choose to be a victim to this circumstance or you can choose to rise, see the opportunity, and take the learning from it. 6.) RESET and MOVE FORWARD. Whenever you encounter a problem, what is your first thought? "Bring it on! There is no problem I cannot overcome." ⬆️ OR ⬇️ "Another problem? Why does this always happen?" Us, humans, have the ability to shape the course of our own lives. AND YET we still find ourselves going down the rabbit hole of negative thinking. If we don't manage our thoughts carefully, we'll find ourselves distracted and miserable. So let this serve as a reminder to practice self-awareness. Stay vigilant at the door of your mind. Have you ever planned something, only to stop halfway because you felt you're not good enough ? yes, I'm talking to you and there's no need to feel bad about it because almost everyone has been there. You stopped halfway due to self doubt and what people will say. How about you do it scared and block your ears from the noise generated by men. The results you're looking for is in the work you're avoiding. Conquer that doubt by shifting your focus from your fears to previous achievements and you'll see yourself doing better. Fear is just an illusion you empower by focusing on, shift your focus today and go for that thing you've been dreaming about.
