When we founded Kinnovis, we discussed whether we should enter into a contract between our customers and Kinnovis. We decided in favor of contracts for one very important reason.
Many software providers do not have a contract, which allows them to raise prices at will. Operators often have no choice but to accept unexpected price increases. Also, from a security point of view, self-storage operators using a software company may be exposed to security risks, as the software provider can pass on responsibility to the customer in the event of problems.
For this reason, we have opted for a comprehensive contract. This way, our customers now know exactly what they will pay not only today but also in the future and are in a secure and clearly defined position in case of problems.
