Building a security program requires a core set of functions made up of programs and sub-programs with appropriate governance for oversight and enforcement. Hiring #security talent, specifically a full-time CISO, given the cost and shortage of skills in the marketplace, is challenging for every organization and may be out of the question for some businesses. Bringing on a full-time person to fill the role simply may not be possible. If that is your situation, consider hiring a fractional CISO. #CSAM #Cybersecurity https://brnw.ch/21wNBk0
