Hire 10 openers, buy a list, add to it to a predictive dialer, each opener dials 300 businesses, and generates 3 leads daily. That's 150 leads per week, 600 leads per month. Send those leads to our in-house closers, convert 20% of the leads into sales (120 deals per month). It worked for a while, but the cost was astronomical, the employee turnover was time-consuming and expensive, and quite frankly, this business model won't be as effective today in 2024. Ever considered the diverse methods for expanding your business? I have been thinking a lot about this recently as we start to grow. 1. You have a marketing-heavy approach with high spending to create high-volume inbound leads and a ruthless focus on ROI. 2. Then there is the grind approach, many hours spent researching, mapping and cold contacting—lots of output for a small conversion to results. 3. Finally, and the one I have enjoyed the most is network partnering. This is going to contacts in your network and driving business growth with them in partnership. A "grow-together" approach.
