Lately, I am seeing deluge in India of Great Place To Work. Almost everyday, I see one, two or three companies are getting it in my universe alone. ⁉️As a working society have we really improved so much suddenly or there is more to it?? 👋 I am curious to know what has changed around us. 👋 I am overwhelmed too. My 3 ex-companies are now #greatplacetoworkcertified and sad part is, when I was there they were not. I am proud of them to achieve this and feel a sense that I must have contributed in some way. 😎 I see following possibilities - - Great Place To Work has got a very good BD team. - HR team is getting its due in Indian ecosystem. - Organizations are really chaging work culture. - Employees are feeling empowered. - India is getting really better. - It is all vanity. Period. But, but, but, my inner voice has the strong feeling that I am missing something. 🙈 🙉 🙊 But, but, but, if all this is happening and if this is true, if employees are honestly participating, if process is without any loophole, I am super charged up and more optimistic of India's future.💪 👉 Nonetheless, whatsoever and howsoever, having great place to work certification is a good credibility tool to build as it is recognized by all.
