I wonder what might be the reason that jio takes full money, refuses to install, closes all helpline numbers, prints our grievance emails as toilet papers, and then refuses to refund our money?

imagine the copy pasted PR stunt of jio: WhatsApp chat- can't ask for a refund as they show NO option for refund jio chat- can't ask for a refund as they show NO option for refund Jio email- asks to talk to them on chat where you can't ask for refund Jio customer care line one- can only ask for new connections, no refund option Jio customer care number 2 and 3- no option for refund

On June 14th, 2024, I applied for Jio Fiber services with the expectation of a swift installation within 2-3 days. Although a representative visited on June 16th for KYC formalities, the actual installation process has been plagued with delays and unfulfilled promises. Initially, on June 19th, another team arrived but could only perform external connections, citing a need for further configuration by a subsequent team. Finally, on June 21st, two technicians attempted installation but were unable to connect the service to our inner concealer box due to lack of external wiring, promising to return the next day with their manager. Today, on June 22nd, after canceling personal plans in anticipation of resolving our internet issues, the technicians returned without their manager and removed the router and set-top box, claiming they were unable to proceed without external electrician support. Shortly after their departure, I received an email stating my Jio Fiber connection was on hold due to lack of premises access, despite clear access being provided earlier. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. My contact number is -9999142697 Jio

Hi My Jio. Very much disappointed appointee with your services. Sharing SR00001Z1F70 for not working Internet services in our house from 21/6/24 morning. We have raised issue on 21/6/24 but no one has come to attend our query. We have been calling call center number but they have no idea about technician and they have book slot for 24/6/24 saying we have time slot available for Monday only. So we have no option to wait till Monday. 3 days without Internet in the City like Ahmedabad and you need 3 days to resolve this query. Very much pathetic and feel sorry for your services. Hope to resolve this issue before Monday. Otherwise we have to closed this facility.

Instead of this title should be, Future of looting money Finding ways to cheat in AI Era, My jiofiber order LR000007XL6K has been cancelled on 19th June it has been 10 days since my order got cancelled, I haven't received my refund. more than 45 days my money got struct with JIO, I regret to choose Jio never every will do this mistake and won't recommend any of my neighbours and family, mail support is not at all reply, Twitter dead silence when it is flooding with n number of issues. Reliance Jio JioJio Platforms Limited (JPL) eating our hard-earned money won't digest for long time.

Escalation + JioAirFiber Installation pending+ Complaint closed without offering a resolution + social networking sites flooded with complaints I booked a JioAirFiber and paid the charges for the first three months on June 22. The order number assigned for installation is NO00011CCG6Q, with June 23, 2024, as the date and a time slot between 16:00 and 17:30. The installation did not happen on June 23 as planned, and I immediately got in touch with the customer service team. A complaint, with SR00001Z4ONL as the reference number, was filed. Today, just a few minutes ago, I received a text message suggesting the complaint was resolved and that I am happy with the resolution. I did not receive any call from customer service or the installation team. The status of the order remains unchanged. The internet is flooded with complaints related to installation. I hope Jio won't make me regret my decision. I am a journalist by profession and badly need an internet connection. I request the appellate authority to look into this as soon as possible.

Jio I have opted for a connection, even before installation I have cancelled the connection. As the guy who came to install the connection is unable to get Jio signal at my home. It’s almost 30 days no refund, you’re looting peoples money officially. Pathetic support on chat, email and on call. Give me a job in your digital tranformation. I’ll show you how to build a better support system for customers Jio

Dear team Jio My recently installed #JioAirFiber connection is down since afternoon. I completed all the troubleshooting steps with your Twitter (X) team in the evening. But, no one replied further to book a technician. The connection is still down. I request you to please look into this. Number is -2035284749. Diagnostics option in the app indicates issues in Outside-Inside Home Connectivity and router status section. Please help me with the same.

In Bihar, the command of Jio company's network is in the hands of completely corrupt officials because till now we have complained 34 times to fix a network but till now the network has not been fixed, it has been more than a year now, these are all the complaint numbers Jio
