Jio is becoming a fake connectivity connection. Before two days of the validity of the recharge, the DATA connection fully shuts down for every Jio customer. That was Jio's income. Two days before when everyone's validity of recharge ends, the internet doesn't works. It's becoming a fake connection having no direct customer care number. Only the auto reply customer care is available which is useless.
Jio What is the benefit?? You are not able to cater to current customer base and planning to onboard new customers. Ticket raised on 30th May, still not attended.
