Jio I never see this kind of pathetic service, which you are giving to your customer, you have charged in advance and stopped your services just after 3 days. Kindly remind that the customer pays you in advance for services, and best part your installation engineer and provider have simply words- "Bhaiya koi lena dena nahi he"then who will take care of your technical fault? Jio #Poor Service#No services after installation.

Can we also expect some ethical business here ? There is no way to contact you for closing this and its been 2 months this been pending. And my advance money is pending with you for two months !

Hello team, I'm very unhappy with your services and feel that your staff needs to understand the importance of words. I paid an advance of 1000 for Jio Fiber with the commitment from your staff that I would receive it by Saturday. However, your service engineer did not take my call on Saturday, and then committed to Sunday, but again, there was no call. I have now recharged with Airtel broadband, so please cancel my order and arrange a refund for my advance payment.

Booked jio airfiber on 04-May-24 with advance payment & 04 months passed neither the team visited my place not your customer support helping . If Jio is not interested to provide me connection then refund my advance. Read the full story of #Jio harassment in the attached picture. Every time customer care saying you will receive link and you can reschedule your appointment but i have told them 1000 times that on the given link i can see only status of my order and can’t reschedule. Kindly read my issue in the attached photo carefully and resolve my issue .

#jiochor,#icicibankchor, #nucleichor third party merchant software provider of icici bank I have recharged 289 40gb data plan money debited 2 time 289 rs and 289 rs and services data benefit got one time. so I complain icici bank jio but they gol gol bate karte hai solution cordination nahi ho pa raha icici ko call karo to bolte hai jio ko karo jio ko karte hai to bolte hai icici bank ko karo lekin vo dono ek dusre ke sath nuclei software benglore api se connected hai communications nahi hai same incident mere sath 9 may 2021 me 149 rs me huva tha vo refund 2024 tak nahi mila same incident 31 august 2024 me huva same 2 same. Never use TPA or Bank mobile application for buying any services. If you want to buy anything then buy from from direct services provider if you want to recharge jio - use jioapp direct if you want to recharge VI - use vi appapp direct if you want to buy anything then do not use mobile app because they are using third party app to connect with merchant. you will never get refund #stayawayfrombankmobileapp avoid big transaction using Online app because they do not have physcial office be carefully while using mobile app direct.

One of the most 3rd class brand in India .....jio cheat customer everyday....today I used only approximately 550 MB data but suddenly today at 6:30 pm I have received message from jio 'you have used 100% data 'you don't have any data for todays quota. Now I switching from jio to airtel immediately due to this kind of cheating services....and don't using jio further. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.i have valid proof for my today's uses.

Very very poor network. I complaining for slow speed more then 1 years. But company not solved my problem. Jio team come my home for check internet speed they clearly say you are not paying for 5g network. So don't complaints for 5g speed. And my home 4g internet not working properly. I complained many times for slow speed. But till time same slow internet problem. I request you to all. please port your number in other network like airtel, BSNL OR VI.

Dear Jio Team, I am using jio no 95403 85202, but it has call connectivity problems. Last time same issue I faced but it was resolved but now it is same issue again on particular location & it is not resolving right now. Your CS team is not supporting. In this worse condition I have 2 options either I should port my no with another service provider or change my residence which is not possible. I can change my service provider for batter service. Kindly resolve it so that I can stay with you.
