Jio airfibre and stb both do not work properly. Commitments are made by writing on brochure for 100mbps speed. Mr Ambani your people are not in a position to deliver. Marketing people says whatever is written on the brochure. Your installation and service team says that they cannot give more than 65 mbps and the problem is never solved. Your customer centre do not pick up calls and even if they do they are not in a position to resolve the issue. If they schedule an engineer visit ,the person does not turn up on that day and automatically a sms is sent that the visit is scheduled next day. Your marketing after taking 3 months of money do not take calls. And here you are Mr Ambani talking big big things. Your stb wifi card goes defunct after few days not even weeks. Who to raise the issue. Spending money has not brought anything what you promise Mr Ambani. This is the sorry state of affairs regarding jio fiber. Noprofessionalism. Only banhiyalism. Kudos to you and your team Mr Ambani

Subject: Fourth Follow-up on Refund Discrepancy for Surrendered Prepaid Fibre Connection (Service ID: 301135070835) Dear JIO Customer Service Team, I am writing to follow up on my previous emails (dated August 14, 2024, and subsequent follow-ups) regarding the refund discrepancy for my surrendered prepaid fibre connection (Service ID: 301135070835). Despite my repeated efforts, I have not received a response, update, or resolution to my concern. I have checked my bank statement again, and I have still not received the refund amount. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to this matter and urge you to treat it with the utmost priority. To reiterate, I was expecting a refund of Rs. 500/-, but only received Rs. 425/- with no explanation for the Rs. 75/- deduction. I request an immediate update on the status of my refund of Rs.75/- and a satisfactory resolution. I have attached my previous emails for your reference. If any additional information is required, please let me know. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. I request that you escalate this matter to a senior representative if necessary, as I have not received adequate attention to my concern. Thank you for your attention.

Hi JIO Team, I have ordered jio fiber on date 22.08.2024 till time installation not done your side. I have daily received msg from jio side today installation reschedule but bo any came for installation. Why you daily only given time ? can you please provide closed date so i will further plan if you not provide service then lel me know. LR00000AC91P Worst and pathetic service provide by jio

Hi Jio Team, Your jio executive called me on Saturday and taken 48 hours to resolve this issue, now 72 hours completed but not resolved. If you are not able to resolve the issue in the time line then why did you commit ?

Jio At Ahmedabad prime location indoor 5g coverage not get. So please work on it
