Jio I am writing this to express the service lag and frustration that you guys give to your customers, you say that your company is providing true 5G but you guys never deliver what you say and in such a big metro city Delhi NCR Gurgaon you guys are big time fail as there is no network in sector 43,44 and neither no one is cared of working the issues, there is no 5G coverage and even LTE is not working then what is the use of the money a consumer investing when there is no connectivity and neither any support and on reaching your customer service team they never help out, such a shame on your company. You people just know that how to make money and nothing else. I got my both numbers ported from Airtel and after porting I got to know that I made a big mistake of my life and invested my hard earned money in such a pathetic cellular company who does not have network and neither trying to improvise their network, I will never recommend JIO to anyone in Delhi NCR. Very pathetic poor service you guys have and no indoor network this is really bad, you guys being giant in the market have such a poor service.

Hahahah … this entire organisation is looting their customers hard earned money for services they are unable to provide and neither they are returning back our money and this is how they became best place to work by looting customers - seems Jio thinking to become the Robinhood for their employees 😀 What a Shame Reliance Jio Jio Platforms Limited (JPL)

Escalation + JioAirFiber Installation pending+ Complaint closed without offering a resolution + social networking sites flooded with complaints I booked a JioAirFiber and paid the charges for the first three months on June 22. The order number assigned for installation is NO00011CCG6Q, with June 23, 2024, as the date and a time slot between 16:00 and 17:30. The installation did not happen on June 23 as planned, and I immediately got in touch with the customer service team. A complaint, with SR00001Z4ONL as the reference number, was filed. Today, just a few minutes ago, I received a text message suggesting the complaint was resolved and that I am happy with the resolution. I did not receive any call from customer service or the installation team. The status of the order remains unchanged. The internet is flooded with complaints related to installation. I hope Jio won't make me regret my decision. I am a journalist by profession and badly need an internet connection. I request the appellate authority to look into this as soon as possible.

Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) SonyLiv is repeating some advertisement since a very long time and frequently between the episodes in evening time, the problem is that after the advertisement, the episodes starts from the earlier episode or at least 10mins earlier to current episode. complaint was supposed to be solved before 2 months, till date nothing is done to it can you guide us how to cancel without calling to your customer care number, there doesn't seem to be any option in the myjio app.

Worst service I have ever seen by jio. The Jio AirFiber team is scamming us. I have installed jio Airfiber 10 days ago and still I'm not able to get a proper internet connection. Booking slots for service requests from the past 2 days. Till now no engineer or technician came. Worst service I say again... I have purchased Airjiofibre connection for 1 year. Details: Number-7935810698 Name-harshit While purchasing connection I asked that "Is Relocation is available and Is Fibre available at that locality" the the vendor told me that Yes relocation is possible and connection is also available there. But now when I called for relocation customer care executive told me that Relocation is not possible and also fibre connection is not available in my new area. And also customer care executive disconnected call without giving solution. I want my remaining amount refunded to me else I will file a complain against Jio in customer district court for false communication and no help from your side. Jio
