Thanks to Pakistan Engineering Council for taking great efforts to become member of Washington Accord that includes Implementing Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in universities which involves a strategic approach. A key step is to engage with stakeholders, including faculty and students, to understand their needs and perspectives. For example, as seen in Shoab Khan's post, conducting workshops and lectures on OBE can be an effective way to inspire and educate faculty members about its benefits and implementation strategies. This hands-on approach can help ensure that the transition to OBE is smooth and well-received.
