Hiring for #Operations Lead for an #NGO Location: Tarafdar Road, Choti Khanjarpur, #Bhagalpur (#Bihar) (Should be fluent in Hindi, both verbal and reading) Working days & time - 6 days a week (1st and 3rd saturdays are off Compensation: INR 4 - 5 LPA CTC #Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the education sector & managing a team Overview of the Role: You will manage #end-to-end implementation of our #Program towards #Student Agency in the district, starting with implementing the Peer based program in a block through working with Block Academic Coordinator (#BAC), Cluster Academic Coordinator (#CAC) & teachers to ensure successful program outcomes for all the students. You will be a part of the team which lays the foundation for the scale of Involve. This will include the following: 1. #Implementation Setting up robust processes that enable smooth onboarding & daily management of students for the program by the teachers Understanding existing structures for different aspect of the program for ease of implementation Training of BACs/CACs on different aspect of Student #Leadership and #StudentAgency Regular interaction with all the stakeholders, visiting schools regularly to ensure the quality of the program on ground and understanding the implementation gaps Identifying the needs on the ground and designing/creating programs aligning to Involve’s vision with the support of Program Design team 2. #Managerelationships: Fostering positive relationships with State officials, district officials, other stakeholders to get buy-in on the vision to build a strong idea of Student Leadership and agency in them for sustainable effort Engaging DC, DIET, and other govt. Officials by regularly reporting, initiating formal/informal conversations and co-creating action plans with them.
