We're super excited to attend Figma Config in San Francisco next week 🙌
To mark the occasion, we're hosting an after-party on Wednesday, June 26, at the awesome Southern Pacific Brewing. Come relax with us, enjoy delicious food and drinks (on us!), and mingle with fellow creatives. Plus, we've got exclusive Jitter swag to give away that you won't want to miss.
It's going to be a fun, laid-back evening to cap off an amazing day — we can't wait to see you there!

Just returned to Houston from an incredible week at Config 2024, and I'm still buzzing with inspiration!
A huge shoutout to Kimberlea B. and Jordan Scott; you truly delivered an unforgettable experience for Friends of Figma leaders. 💕
Congrats to Figma for putting together such a seamless event that fostered learning and collaboration. Words can not describe how amazing it was, but here are my highlights.
Favorite new feature: Ya'll Figma AI names your layers for you! (Figma slides or Flides came in at a close second place)
Best breakout talk: (Out of the ones that I attended) From paper to pixels: Why great Ideas start on a napkin: Raphael Schaad.

Most memorable experience: All the cool new friends that I met!
Figma fun fact that I learned: Figma employees are nicknamed Figmates
Steps walked: 28,079 in 2 days!
Charms I still need to collect: Blue star, brown square and pink square
Beginner's mistake I learned from: I have to step up my confit game next year.
I'm so blessed to have participated in this year's Config, and I look forward to applying what I've learned in my work!

🚀 Exciting News for Design System Teams! 🚀
Figma's Dev Mode has revolutionized our approach to building scalable design systems, proving to be an invaluable tool for enhancing team collaboration and streamlining the design-to-development handoff process.
Since integrating Dev Mode into our workflow, we've witnessed a significant boost in productivity: 📈
- A 50% reduction in documentation time for designers.
- An extra 3-4 hours per week for developers to focus on coding.
Dev Mode has not only facilitated a more efficient workflow but also reduced the need for lengthy meetings and clarified initial documentation, leading to fewer reworks and bug fixes in the long run.

"Embarking on a new chapter! One of the very first things I created using figma on my process of learning. Excited to share my passion for designing, looking forward to meaningful connections. Let's connect and inspire each other on this professional journey! 🚀 #NewBeginnings#CareerAdventure"
When Lawrence Luk joined the Figma team as a Technical Program Manager, his first task was to improve the chaos of company planning—you know, just a *small* project to get his feet wet.
What he did from there—using the APIs from FigJam and Coda—was nothing short of magic. 🪄

Deeply researched product, growth, and career advice
"The key to being successful at zero to one is to honestly have optimism that borders on delusion. You need a reality distortion field, where you don't hear the word no. Or at the very least you translate it into a not yet."
