Are you ready for what's next to come? JLL recently launched the Future Vision program, exploring the future of global real estate. Through a combination of extensive research on megatrends and input from a diverse group of experts, we have identified four imperatives for the industry: climate, people, technology, and resilience. In a world where technology, climate change, and societal shifts are colliding, the built environment needs to adapt. Buildings must be designed to withstand climate risks, embrace new technologies like AI and robotics, and foster social cohesion. As an investor or occupier, you need to consider how technological advancements will impact your markets, what new business models will emerge, and how physical spaces can support the needs of people. European real estate investment soars to €86.5bn in H1 Chris Brett, Managing Director, Capital Markets Europe, CBRE: ”It is clear that investment sentiment is starting to improve across Europe and the uptick we have seen supports CBRE’s forecast of 10% growth in market volumes for 2024. The resurgence in activity has been driven by a stabilisation of asset prices, with prime yields across all major sectors remaining flat since March. As the market continues to recover, buyers and sellers will start to become more comfortable with pricing, which will further support the more positive market dynamics we are starting to see.” CBRE CBRE Germany CBRE Austria CBRE Capital Markets #realestate #commercialrealestate #europe #investment https://lnkd.in/dHVfU6Ed
