Year to date, the JLL EMEA Debt & Structured Finance team has closed and is mandated on $15Bn of financings over 100+ transactions and 11 jurisdictions. This is across both traditional and emerging sectors such as Self Storage and most recently, Data Centres. As the European real estate market recovers, the team continues to expand and further support our clients, with several new hires across Europe including Max Borchert in our Amsterdam office and Dominik J.
