Happy Disability Pride Month! ♿💗 The official Disability Pride flag is a powerful symbol, representing the challenges faced by the disabled community, while highlighting their strength and resilience. 💪🚀 Let this month be a prompt to think about how your workplace accommodates those with disabilities.🦿👂 Consider workshops and training on things such as the different types of disabilities, the correct terminology for disabilities and disability inclusion. 🤝🦋 #DisabilityPrideMonth #AccessIsLove #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs #eLearning #OnlineLearning #DigitalLearning #VirtualTraining #EducationTechnology #EdTech

It’s Learning Disability Week! This year’s theme is all about ensuring people with learning disabilities like Simon feel seen, heard and valued, and celebrating how they enrich society. Far too often people face ignorance and discrimination. Shockingly, 56% of disabled people have experienced hostility, aggression, or violence from a stranger due to their condition. This is unacceptable. You can help bring about change by speaking up, and amplifying the voices of those who are too often voiceless. Support them by following along this week and celebrating some of the brilliant people we support at Minstead Trust. #LearningDisabilityWeek #DoYouSeeMe #MinsteadTrust
