Here’s My Perfect Client Meeting Framework 🤯 When it comes to creating an impactful client meeting, having a clear framework is key. Here’s how I approach it: 👇 Step 1: Start with a Hook Begin the meeting by grabbing their attention. Share a quick story, an interesting stat, or an insight that connects to their business. This sets the tone and builds rapport quickly. Step 2: Share Your Journey Explain how you learnt or earned your expertise. Share the challenges you faced and how you overcame them. This creates trust and shows your understanding of their pain points. Step 3: Break and Rebuild Beliefs Address their doubts or misconceptions upfront. Use examples and stories to show how your approach or framework can solve their problems in ways they hadn’t considered. Step 4: Present the Framework Lay out your strategy step by step. Be clear about what you do, how it works, and why it’s effective. Focus on simplicity—clients need to see the process as actionable and achievable. Step 5: Show Proof Share case studies, testimonials, or success stories from others who’ve used your framework. This builds credibility and removes scepticism. Step 6: End with a Strong Offer Conclude the meeting by clearly stating how you can help them. Use closing techniques that align with their goals and position your offer as the perfect solution. A perfect client meeting isn’t about selling; it’s about building trust, solving problems, and showing the value of your expertise. This framework has helped me connect with clients and build lasting relationships. We’ve put together this framework in a document. Comment ‘Framework’ below, and I’ll share it with you to simplify your client meetings! #ClientMeetingFramework #SalesStrategy #ClientEngagement #EffectiveMeetings #SalesSuccess #BuildingTrust #SalesProcess #MeetingTips #FrameworkForSuccess #ClientRelationship

Heading into a client meeting? Here’s a quick tip that’s saved me more than once: - Prep a bit in advance. Even a quick review a few hours before can make all the difference. - Keep your files in one place. Saves you from last-minute scrambling to find that one document. - Know your main points, but stay open to where the conversation goes. Clients appreciate flexibility! A little extra prep goes a long way—good luck!

🌟 Back to Basics: In-Person Client Visits! 🌟 When starting Limitless, I went against the trend and decided that I was going to make it a priority to visit every one of my clients in person. There are just so many benefits to being face-to-face, and I think more consultancies should be thinking about this; and there are so many reasons why: 1. Real Connections: There's something about face-to-face interactions that just can't be replicated online. The handshake, the eye contact, the unplanned conversations that lead to deeper understanding—it's all part of the magic of meeting in person. 2. Understanding Nuances: Being on the ground, seeing the client's environment, and experiencing their daily challenges firsthand offers insights that virtual meetings could never provide. It’s these details that allow us to tailor solutions that truly fit. 3. Building Trust: Physical presence builds trust and signals commitment. It shows that you are willing to invest time and resources, which speaks volumes about your dedication to the partnership. As we blend virtual and in-person interactions, let’s not forget the value of occasionally being there, truly present, without screens between us!

Here’s an idea. Set an objective for your next client meeting. I mean, you do that anyway, right? 😉 It’s common for us in the vendor world to have a short preparation meeting and set an objective for a client meeting 🤝 But don’t just set a single objective, also agree on a fallback objective and a stretch objective 3️⃣ A fallback objective because even if, despite your extensive preparation, the meeting is not going as planned, you have an outcome top of mind that still moves the process forward ➡ A stretch objective, because if the meeting is going even better than you imagined (because of your fabulous preparation) you then have an outcome to discuss that accelerates the process even further 🚀 Agreeing on three objectives ahead of the meeting reduces your need to think on your feet and stare nervously at each other across the meeting room table 😰 Now… imagine if those three objectives were written in such a way that you could actually share them with the client. If you are genuinely focused on delivering client value that’s not as hard as it sounds 💎 #professionalservices #consultancy
