I’m super happy, proud, and emotional to announce that on the 5th of June, I started a new position as Volume Planning and Ordering & Product Specialist for BMW Motorrad in BMW Middle East. YES, I GOT IT!!!
As most people who know me are aware, this has been my dream for many years, and now I can finally say my dream has come true. Being a part of the great organization 'BMW' is a privilege, but it's even more special for me to belong to the Motorrad family. BMW Motorrad represents friends, adventures, adrenaline, and the opportunity to share more than a hobby; it's about sharing a passion. And for me, it means 'work' doing what I love. From my point of view, I can't even call it work because when you do what you truly enjoy, it doesn't feel like work.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Thomas P. for giving me this amazing opportunity. I won't disappoint you, and I will work as hard as I can to exceed your expectations. I would also like to thank all my family and friends who have supported me along this challenging journey. Specifically, my father Joaquín Herrera Sierra who has always believed in me and supported me from the beginning until the end. Only he and I know how much I fought to get to where I am today. Now, it's time to work really hard and start thinking about my next goal! Make life a ride!!!

Como la mayoría de las personas que me conocen saben, este ha sido mi sueño desde hace muchos años y finalmente puedo decir que se ha hecho realidad. Ser parte de esta gran organización, "BMW", es un privilegio para mí, pero pertenecer a la familia Motorrad es aún más especial. BMW Motorrad significa amigos, aventuras, adrenalina, compartir más que un hobby; significa compartir una pasión y, especialmente para mí, significa "trabajar" haciendo lo que más me gusta. Desde mi punto de vista, ni siquiera puedo llamarlo trabajo, porque cuando haces lo que realmente te gusta, no requiere gran esfuerzo.
Me gustaría agradecer sinceramente a Thomas P. por darme esta gran oportunidad. No te decepcionaré y trabajaré tan duro como pueda para superar tus expectativas. As my time as an intern at BMW Motorrad comes to an end, I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you at the Performancemanagement, Retail Qualifikation und Service Strategie department. These past few months have been an incredible journey in which I learned a lot from all of you.
I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to my mentors and supervisors Jens, Markus Meissner and Markus Glaeser Your guidance and support have played a crucial role in shaping my professional growth. I will carry the lessons I learned under your guidance throughout my career. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to my colleagues.

What amazing days this week attending to some activities of the International Sales and Marketing Conference for BMW Motorrad.
