I went to journal about my day, and while writing out the date I noticed something really cool. It's double day! 6.12.24 2x6 = 12 2x12= 24 This pattern doesn't occur that often with the way we tell calendar year (in the USA...the rest of the world will have this day on December 6 this year). The last time it happened was May 10, 2020. And we all know how long ago THAT was. How did you spend your double day? What fun pattern did you notice recently? #patterns #growthmindset #randomthoughts #peekinmybrain #lifelonglearning

Curious how you use your journal. Just for reflection? Willing to share?

That’s so fun. I love number patterns. I haven’t noticed any lately, but did end up choosing my wedding date because of numbers, 1/11 @1pm.

Isn’t that the purpose of journaling, looking for patterns and order in the complexity and chaos of life. Today is one week without my best friend in this world. The pattern for today is one of great sorrow and hope, a profound pattern found in the beatitudes. Thanks Job

Interesting observation, Job! I wish I noticed it earlier today. Did mathematical patterns influence your journaling?
