The ones who left you, are the ones you can learn the most from. 🤝 In changing workplace dynamics, one advice I always share is the impact of exit interviews. It's like turning over a leaf to discover the real insights of a company's culture and environment. 🍁 Digging into the reasons behind employee turnover and having discussions with those who've chosen to leave can reveal important perspectives. This approach not only helps in understanding the underlying factors of workplace satisfaction but also sheds light on areas needing improvement. 🏢 Why should you have exit interviews? 🍃 Feedback Provide a look into the company's strengths and areas for growth. 🌉 Relationship Help maintain positive bridge building with departing employees, potentially opening doors in the future. 🙌 Culture Offer clarity on the company's culture, directly from those who've experienced it.
