Questions such as, "What's different about you?" are vague, but easy to understand in reality. The other version of that question is, ✅️ "What sets you apart from other candidates?" ✅️ "What makes you unique?" • It's obvious you''re among other best matching candidates. The best way to answer this, is to use soft skills. Your technical skills will mostly cover other questions, so don't repeat yourself here. The best way to start answering this question is by👇 • "My unique combination of skills sets me apart..." Since you've looked their job posting- giving you a clear idea of what they need. This isn't a point of a generic answer. Prepare specific example of how your skills separates you. And yes, practice your answer beforehand.

Qualifications and skills each have their own value, and their importance can vary depending on the context. While qualification can indicate proficiency in a subject area it doesn't always guarantee practical skills or real-world experience. Skills reflect what a person can actually do. They are practical abilities acquired through experience. In many cases, hiring managers/ client recruiters are solely focussed on the qualification of the candidate as the primary screening criteria, overlooking the candidates potential for success in the role.
