I personally don’t like it when I hear that industry calls Govt folks and get asked “how did you get my number?” or “send me your capability statement” and then brush them off. 😑 Ways to Not Get Brushed Off: 1. Research: Did you do your homework? Do you know the requirement, when it’s scheduled to come out and if it’s a set-aside? Did you research the forecast? 📋 2. Goal: What is your goal reaching out to talk to this person? 💡 Not everyone will know every answer to your question, however having the knowledge ahead of time to ask about a specific opportunity will help you to be directed to someone else if that person can’t help you. 👏🏻 #smallbusiness #industry #govcon #govcom #governmentcontracting #forecasts Breaking the Standard Podcast
