It's finally out! 🙌 And after so many projects I worked on over the years, it's super exciting to, for the first time, share with public (and my mom) a product I've been a part of building. We've been developing this product for not too long, really proud of the market problem we are about to tackle, especially when we get a bit further in the product roadmap. Very user-conscious team, with an actual recruitment expert on board. If you ever recruited for a job, you know it's not as easy as it looks. The more candidates you have ⏰, the harder it becomes. And candidates won't just appear by themselves (if you're not Facebook or Google). This tool is basically helping you with all of it, and more. - You get a job ad text - You get a job page, made & hosted for free - You get a Career page for all your jobs, made & hosted for free. (practically a free company website) - Free ATS (basically a kanban board where all of your applications arrive in one place) + Bonus: You can boost it to social media in under a minute more. Algorithm does targeting, we give your own branded visuals and social media copy suggestion. All you gotta do is set the date and budget. No cost of paying an agency to create the visual, communicate, iterate on it for days, set up the ad, monitor the ad. You decide to boost at 11:05 and you can start the boost at 11:06, for much less money, same result. ✅ This is a very rare recruitment tool which you can actually just jump into and start using it, no sales calls and no subscriptions.
