Justin White, LSIT is our survey crew coordinator here at Affinis! Here's what he had to say about his day-to-day roles: "I aid in job preparation for our field crews, reduce field data, and do quality checks. I mentor the field crews as well." When we asked Justin why he chose to work at Affinis and what he enjoys most, he said "I chose to work for Affinis, in part, because of the great company culture and the opportunity for professional advancement. My fellow coworkers are all good and genuine people, and there’s a great camaraderie here that I haven’t seen at other places. Affinis really cares about putting people forward and giving them the experiences and training they need to succeed. The balance between work and life is also very important to me. I really enjoy looking back at all the communities I have impacted." We asked Justin why he wanted to be a survey crew coordinator, and he said, "I knew at a young age I didn’t want to do factory work. I always liked being outdoors and enjoyed technology. I wanted to be a surveyor, because there is a good balance between the two. I get to be outdoors, but I also get to be indoors working with technology and gaining new skills.
