Why was Friday a smash hit? 🌟 It all began on Tuesday! There I was, ready to go when a client lobbed not one, not two, but THREE roles into my court. Game on! 🎾 Building a tailored talent pool? Check! Conducting internal competency interviews while sipping on too much coffee? Double check! By the time Friday came around, the interviews were taking place! Now, here's the kicker: the client didn't just like our candidates. No, that would be too simple. They adored them! All three received a job offer and accepted straight away! And just when I thought I could rest for the day, they threw a curveball - they want another!
