If you’re looking to make a transition into a non-clinical role do this 1️⃣ thing Try to find a company that has hired some clinicians in the past, but isn’t overly saturated with clinicians otherwise you won’t be able to stand out in the interviewing and hiring process and it could be challenging to find other internal departments to transfer into should your interests change Did you know when searching for a company on LinkedIn you can filter down to people and search by title? 👥

Connecting Top Talent with Opportunity | Matching Top Talent with Leading Organizations | Ready to Find Your Perfect Fit | Top Recruiting Voice
Recently this mindset shift changed everything for me as a Healthcare Recruiter. When I started my journey, I was focusing on: - Chasing every lead I could find. - Following all the latest trends blindly. - Juggling multiple platforms without a strategy. I did this for 5-6 months, and I was burned out. It was mentally draining not because I wasn’t working hard, but because I was doing so many things, and they were all very different. I have learnt that the most strategic way is to focus on one thing at a time and give it your all. Now, I am focusing on: - Building strong relationships with candidates. - Tailored messages for each outreach. - Understanding the unique needs of my clients. - Providing value through my content. In the next 90 days, I’m committed to helping 90 healthcare professionals, including Nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and others land their next opportunity. Let’s connect and take the next step together! #GrowthMindset #CareerGrowth #HealthcareRecruiting #FocusAndThrive #RecruitmentStrategy #HealthcareCareers #ClientRelationships #ProfessionalDevelopment

If you are a clinician looking to get out of treating patients bedside where would you start? I would start with my already existing network of people that hold or have had a non- traditional / non-clinical role. Start by picking their brains, follow along with clinicians who have already successfully transitioned Start to grow your network further - start sending cold messages Consume day in a life content to see if you would like the job Consider salary, flexibility, room for growth Think about if you want to be salary vs hourly, client facing or non-client facing Take a health care career assessment to help understand what you would be best suited for my fav is the streamahead one for $49 use code LAUREN10 for 10% off You can forward me your results and then i can guide you further on how to break in, how to optimize your résumé & even interview like the badass you are to land your non- clinical role!
