What is your advice?
Give a Nòtice based on your Contract letter (lieu notice period) then quit as you wait on your Salary. That would remain Professional and ethical on both sides (Employer vs Employee).
My simple advice is "don't bang the door behind you" 😁
Give notice. Don't burn bridges.

8mosometimes its said old bridges need to be burnt to create space for new ones if its a toxic place though in this case what did your contract say. If there is no notice period just wait for your dues and resign
