𝐍𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝟑𝟑, 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑: 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐭 Today, we will be praying for a renewed faith in times of doubt. Faith comes by hearing, that is, by hearing the Word of God. Doubt comes also by hearing but this time around it is by hearing the word of the devil. The same way Jesus speaks to your heart, the devil also speaks to your heart. Whether you have faith or doubt depends on whom you are listening to. You must focus on the Word of God and meditate on it in order to build your faith. Read more: https://lnkd.in/g3fHVfrh

ASSIGNMENT The truth of our journey in this life is that, we are all on an assignment for God; whatever condition or situation you find yourself presently in this life, just know that you have an assignment that you are carrying out in that position; and if you do not finish that assignment, you cannot move to the next stage of the assignment (next stage of your life). You must know that this life is an assignment, and it is expected of you that you carry out your assignment correctly. The man born blind in the story written in John 9vs1-12 was kept in perpetual physical darkness for no just cause; other than for the name of the Lord to be glorified. It has been divinely assigned that the Lord Jesus Christ will meet him and restored his sight. This miracle brought glory to the name of the Lord. The man was blind not because he had sinned, nor his parents had sinned; but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. Is it justified to look down on such fellow? No, it is wrong to look down on such fellow because he was on assignment for God. Many people you are seeing in an unpleasant situation today are not there by their own doing, many of them are there because they are carrying out assignment for God; which is why as a child of God that you should not be condemning people in their situation or condition. Stop looking down on people in their unpleasant condition, you may not know maybe they are just on an assignment for God. God sent Joseph on an assignment to Egypt ahead of the Children of Israel. His assignment was to watered the ground before the sons of Jacob will arrived in the strange land. Stop looking down on people, rather, help them to achieve their assignment on time. I call you blessed. It will all end in praise. SINCERE MILKSUNDAY JANUARY 14, 2024OUR SOLID FOUNDATIONKEY VERSE: “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 3:11TEXT:1 CORINTHIANS 3:11-15Every building starts with a foundation; a house without foundation will collapse within a short time. The foundation also has to be strong and solid so that it can stand the test of time.Scripturally, Jesus is our solid Foundation, He is the Rock on which we stand and we need to build our relationship with Him from the foundation, so we can have a smooth and secured life while on earth and make it to heaven at last. The world is full of evil and wickedness is everywhere both in school, market, church, on the street and in the neighbourhood. This is why you need someone who is able to help you overcome all these, and that Person is Jesus.Today, you can decide to build your trust and confidence upon Him, make Him your solid Foundation and within a short time, you will begin to see the tremendous progress and changes in your life. To have a solid foundation, you must connect with Jesus by surrendering your life to Him.PRAYER: Lord, I surrender all to you today, be the solid Foundation of my life.FURTHER READING: Matthew 7:24-27https://dailymanna.app

Pic: Johnson Canyon trail, Banff National Park, Canada. The Promises of God “Not one word has failed of all His good promise” (1 Kings 8:56; AMPC). “For all the promises of God find their yes in Him” (! Cor 1:20; ESV). In 2 Peter 1:4 we are told that we have been given these promises in order that we may share in God’s nature. That in itself is a wonderful promise! I understand that there are about 8,810 promises in the Bible. Whatever your need is today, I am sure you would be able to find a promise to take care of that need. In addition, we have the promise of eternal life (John 3:16; 1 John2:25), the promise of the return of Jesus (Acts 1:11), the promise of protection (Ps 121:7-8) and the list goes on and on. Let’s look at a few specific promises today. In Acts 1:4,5 Jesus commanded His disciples to wait for the promise of the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 6:3 refers to the first commandment with a promise that if we honour our parents, “all will be well with you and you may live long on the earth” (Eph 6:3; AMPC). In Hebrews 4:1 we have the promise of “entering His rest.” One of the most all-encompassing promises is found in Philippians 4:19, “And My God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (AMPC). This could refer to any kind of need we might have. God is reliable and faithful (Heb 10:23) so we can put our trust in all His promises. If you have a need today, find one of God’s promises that relate to your need and stand and keep on standing on that promise until you see the fulfillment. In our new book: "The life changing light of God's word a 366 day devotional" you can read a collection of our devotions that are all different from the ones we post here.
