🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 I'm thrilled to announce that our paper, "Improvement and Analysis of Aircraft Maintenance Flow Process Using Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, PICA, and VSM for Sustainable Operation System," has been published in the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science. This research was presented at the 7th International Conference on Eco Engineering Development 2023 (ICEED) by BINUS University. In our study, we explored how Lean Manufacturing and other methodologies can enhance the efficiency of aircraft maintenance processes by identifying and reducing waste. Our findings indicate significant potential for time savings and process improvements, contributing to the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Key highlights: ✈️ Identification of major inefficiencies in the aircraft maintenance process. 🔧 Application of Lean, PDCA, PICA, and VSM to streamline operations. 📉 Reduction of total process time from 18,229 minutes to 15,170.2 minutes. 🌍 Contribution to sustainable operations and industry innovation.
