Gallup's latest survey on employee engagement in the US shows the gap between employees and their employers has grown in the last 3 months. 🔥 Less than one third of people report feeling engaged at work 🔥 Globally, the picture is even worse as only around 17% of employees consider themselves to be engaged at work. The good news is employers can do something about this. While working with a UK client recently we found 16% of their employees are actively disengaged at work. But now we know why, we're able to develop engagement strategies at the individual level to turn this situation around. If you need help with engagement and motivation at work, do get in touch.
