85% of people are dissatisfied with their jobs . (I will post the source in the comments) Although this statistic is from 6 years ago, not much has changed. This is one of the reasons why I have made it my mission to help professionals achieve fulfilling careers. My goal is to help individuals realize their strengths and potential so they can find suitable environments to grow and evolve systematically. I have grown tired of hearing stories about unhappy individuals stuck in monotonous routines, trapped in discomfort and misery. Working in a job without excitement, satisfaction, and learning opportunities is a disheartening experience. It shouldn't be this way. It does not need to be this way. Our jobs should be where we can utilize our skills, communicate and collaborate effectively, and feel productive and fulfilled. I understand that it feels unfair. We have been taught to navigate challenges with support systems. As children, we have our parents for guidance. In school or college, we have tutors. In our personal lives, we have friends to help and challenge us. But in our careers, it becomes more challenging. To receive help, we must be proactive and seek qualified advice. My vision is to reduce the number of unhappy professionals by helping as many individuals as possible create their career paths and stay on course. I aim to build confident and well-prepared professionals who are eager to tackle any challenge or setback that comes their way. You don’t deserve to be unhappy in your job—nobody does. Ignoring this issue will only lead to more significant problems down the road, which will come sooner or later. If you are facing challenges in your work environment and want to change that asap, send me a DM and I will see if we can help.

You’re not alone my friend… Have you been lately experiencing self-doubt, fearing job loss or wondering if you will ever grow in your career? If yes, the chances are you are experiencing anxiety induced by the demands and pressures that come with one’s professional life. Career anxiety can manifest in several ways, and leave you overwhelmed to the extent that you may constantly feel stressed and fatigued. This emotional imbalance can impact everyone — both those stepping into the workforce immediately after college or experienced individuals struggling to manage additional responsibilities at work. So, the first thing to understand is that you are not alone. Once you have acknowledged it, all you have to do is figure out what works for you in terms of restoring a balance to successfully overcome this feeling. ➡️Overwhelmed with career anxiety? Here are 6 ways to beat this feeling: 1. First, understand the triggers and underlying causes 2. Set short, realistic goals 3. Find your own technique to suppress anxiety at work 4. Do not fear committing errors 5. If something isn’t in your control, it shouldn’t be on your mind 6. If needed, do not shy away from seeking professional help. #CarrerAnxiety #ProfessionalLife #AcknowledgedIt ——- Connect Harshit Kachhap

Most people will seek help if they do not have any choice, or are "forced to". Covid - wear mask, work from home Sick - seek private healthcare as waiting time is too long Same for career. Folks panic once they get retrenched. They ponder quitting the job due to role shuffling Or they feel anxious after getting re-assigned to a new role without the right experience and skills. Seems like there are triggers. Why not get a career health check while employed, EVEN before things happen? Career health check is to evaluate your - work values - priorities - readiness - strengths - job satisfaction - career aspiration Unlike health, career check-in isnt a straight forward "yes" or "no" answer. An in-depth discussion helps, together with self-administered answers and other information such as views from others. All insights are strictly confidential. I would encourage working professionals and specialists to get career health checks. Maybe, you need a contingency plan? I have already seen cases of clients (senior level) psychologically and mentally impacted due to retrenchment. They do not have any back-up plan. Never wait for things to happen. Do a check first.
