I don’t watch enough TV. If I did, I might have stumbled across this gem sooner: Full Quote: "How do you expect me to move mountains, Father, if you fall to pieces when I dig a single hole? You speak of greatness for me, but you suffocate in me any ambition, any desire, any thought that does not originate in you." This line from Rings of Power hits home for anyone who's ever felt stifled by someone else's version of success. Don't be the leader who pushes for greatness but refuses to let their teams think beyond your vision. If you want growth, stop strangling ambition at its roots. Let your team dig their own holes. They might just surprise you. -- ♻️ Share this to inspire others to become effective leaders. 🔔 Follow me, Eric Turner, for daily insights on leadership and growth strategies.

Don’t waste good talent. Or let your business suffer. I’ve seen so many leaders in organisations scare of great employees by not complementing enough. I even heard a CEO once say ”keep em’ on their toes, don’t give them too much praise”. That business went bankrupt two years later. Here’s what martial arts taught me on leadership. When people on your team perform well, tell them! Praise them for their good work. Let them know how you value them and appreciate their efforts and performance. You will be happier. They will be happy to hear it. Boost everyone’s morale. Spread joy!

Watch this video of a dancer performing a magical routine. It's mesmerizing! This level of skill didn't happen overnight. It's about energy, creativity, and relentless training. It reminds me of #leadership and team development. Like dancing, effective leadership is 2% inspiration and 98% perspiration. It requires a clear vision and a strong #commitment to hard work. Every step, every misstep, and every recovery is part of the journey. In your #team, this translates to collective rehearsals, where each member plays a part. We practice, we fail, we lift each other up, and we refine our strategies. As leaders, our role is to choreograph where necessary and participate actively. How do you encourage your team to embrace the journey toward greatness? For more insights on visionary leadership and team synergy, hit follow. Let's dance through the challenges and lead with purpose. 🙋♂️ 🔗 Connect | 🔄 Share | 👍 Like | 💬 Comment

🔥 I wasn’t always the bold, authentic leader I am today. In fact, I used to hide behind a mask. Like many leaders, I thought I had to project strength 24/7. I didn’t want anyone to see my struggles or doubts. I believed vulnerability was a weakness and it almost cost me everything. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I realized authenticity is where true strength lies. When I stopped pretending and started leading from my core, everything changed: ✔ I built stronger, more honest relationships. ✔ My vision became clearer and more impactful. ✔ I found fulfillment not just success. This is why I created RAMS by Baz. I want to help leaders strip away the masks and step into their truth. Authenticity isn’t just powerful it’s transformational. 💡 If you’ve ever felt like you’re hiding who you are, know this: Your truth is your superpower. 🔗 Discover the Power of Authentic Leadership

What’s the greatest gift a leader can give their team? Spoiler: It’s not a bonus. Christmas reminds us of the power of humility. Think about the story of Christ — 📌 Born in a manger, not a palace. 📌 His life teaches us that true greatness isn’t about titles or power but about serving others with grace. As leaders, humility allows us to connect deeply with our teams, admit our mistakes, and create an environment where others feel valued. It’s not a weakness—it’s the foundation of trust and respect. This Christmas, reflect on how you lead. Do you lift others up, or is it more about being in the spotlight? What does humility mean to you as a leader? Share your thoughts in the comments. And if you’re ready to grow into a servant leader, explore how EMET Leadership can guide your journey.
