Absolutely. The purpose of your sales process is to guide your prospect towards a decision. One where they either purchase a solution that you're confident can improve a problem they're experiencing...or not. There's no need to fear the no. It's 'no' to the offer, not to you personally. Once I made this reframe, sales became exponentially easier.
