Dad first #GirlDad! Operational & empathetic people leader📈 Passionate about coaching & growing my teammates!
QOTW: How many of us treat our jobs in the same way that we pursued earlier goals in life? Think back to that varsity sports/dance/choir team you wanted to make, the college acceptance letter you wanted to get, the degree you were hoping to earn, etc What things did you do? Study film weekly? Go to the gym daily? Study and read multiple hours a day? So why do so many of us “professionals” not treat our careers the same way. To all my former and future teammates, I challenge you to pursue your success with the same vigor and commitment. Study your craft. Master it. And continue to study it as it evolves.

Maybe we'll sit and watch, maybe we'll dance, maybe we'll touch the softness of the cotton grass. Bring your flask ☕ My new career coaching scheme for summer is inspired by nature. For June the theme is cotton grass. 3 spaces available - who would like to take the first one? We'll walk together on Kinder Scout, sit in nature, and explore the changes you want to make in your life. #sheffield #careerchange #outdoorcoaching

😡 Check engine light on, kids with lice and turned down job offer. How'd your week start? If it started like mine... not great... but what's important is how you deal in the disappoint and negative news. Reality check... not everything will go your way. So what do you do? Personally, I reflect briefly on any lessons learned, and then just as quickly move the f*** on!!

3moWhat a facinating report! A lot of people could benefit from this report. I find it interesting that real estate is on the list.
