How does a sanitary filter work? The sanitary type filter adopts the filter principle consisting of multi-layer fiber cloth or filter paper to purify the air by filtering particles, microorganisms and gaseous pollutants in the air. It works by utilizing the microscopic pores of the filter material to separate the pollutants in the air, thus achieving the purpose of filtering and purifying the air. Fluid enters through an inlet nozzle in the housing, which directs the fluid to a filter cartridge or bag that is placed inside. The filter cartridge separates the contaminants from the fluid. After this process, the clear fluid flows out of the outlet nozzle. Sanitary filters can be classified into F5-F9 according to their filtration effect, of which the F9 class can filter air particles with a diameter of 0.3 microns to achieve the highest purification effect, and is widely used in the fields of medicine, food production, and so on. #filter #filtration #biotech #filterhousing #3m #parker #pall

Maintenance of plants is essential for their proper operation, but it is often difficult. 🛠 One of the features of our technology is the #maintenance required: minimal. For example, knowing the attention and interventions they require, molecular sieves are not present in our patented #MWD dryers.
