The highlight of this week was we managed to sell our property to someone that needed a property yesterday because they bought, they sold their house with nowhere to go. So we facilitated them with a quick transaction and they will be moving into their house next week. They sold the house, had nowhere to go and we have subsequently sold him a house and they will be moving in next week. So we they were effectively homeless in record time. Yes, pretty quickly, yeah, good story. Alright, with that. I said in the. OK. Yes, it did hit me in the face. Did they Did they even go in the hoop? No, no, no, no, no.
