Most arts organizations have ambitions, ambitions to involve the community through arts projects. They also want to open their doors to up and coming talents in the community so they can show their work. Only problem is most non-profit organizations don’t have the capital to do any of these amazing projects. A big factor to that is how low ticket prices are sold. More times than not ticket prices are low because organizations believe if they keep their ticket price low, then they will keep their patrons happy. This only hurts YOU as an organization in the long run. Test your prices. You will never know the right price if you don’t test it. Food for thought 💭

I help people make double-digit returns. Real Estate Developer | Investor | Agent | Emerging Fund Manager
Do you know of an organization that could use a dash of real estate spice in their boardroom recipe? I've been thinking a lot about the power of giving back and the incredible impact we can have when we invest not just in properties, but in people and communities. I'm looking to bring my skills to the table. I want to help a non-profit. But it's not just about what I can offer; it's about what we can learn from each other. Non-profits are the heart of innovation in community development, and there's so much potential for cross-pollination of ideas. So, here's where you come in. I'm reaching out to my network to find a non-profit that's as excited about building community as I am about building homes. Do you know of an organization that could use a dash of real estate spice in their boardroom recipe? If you do, drop a comment below or share this post with someone who might! And if you're as passionate about this as I am, let's connect. Who knows what we can build together? Let's start a conversation. What's the most valuable lesson you've learned from serving on a board or working with a non-profit? #RealEstateGivingBack #NonProfitBoard #CommunityDevelopment

How can non-profits balance mission with sustainability? Balancing mission with sustainability is a crucial challenge for non-profit organisations. Here are a few things that come to mind. For my company I have to communicate my company’s purpose to the public via website People need to know what my company is all about and what its purpose is. I will also have to align staff whilst making strategic decisions. Also developing a strategic plan is essential. This is setting clear objectives and identifying resources needed to achieve them and establishing metrics to achieve them to monitor progress Diversified Funding - I have learnt to rely on multiple sources of income as this will reduce vulnerability . For the first year rely on grants and donations. Subsequently, do a lot of fundraising events , partner with organisations extend chargeable services.

What some advice for artists that you just can't abide? I'll go first... "Don't Work for Free" Yes ✔️ you have a marketable skill and incredible talent! Yes ✔️ you should be payed for your WORK! Always! Yes ✔️ you are PASSIONATE about your art and it's value! NO ❌ you shouldn't miss out on BRILILANT network and skill building opportunities IF you can afford to DONATE your time... I've donated thousands of hours of Marketing work for non-profits, and in return received thousands of hours of experience I could not have gained otherwise. 📈 +Tight Budgets +Intensely Niche Markets +Complex Problems w/o Obvious Solutions +Messaging for Delicate or Controversial Topics +NEW CLIENTS w/ Built in Trust and Pre-Aligned Goals And that's just the first five that popped into my head 🧠 "You Get What You Pay For" Might have it's time and place, but don't miss out on.. "You Get What You Give" Support Your Community and You'll Grow Together 🌻

Dichter, Interviewer, Bespoke Spoken Word Pieces: zakelijk en privé. Ik breng jullie in 5 minuten naar de essentie en in verbinding. Diep & Nuchter
𝐀 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐩𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐈'𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧... "𝑷𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒑𝒂𝒚." Often, when a business coach utters this phrase, they'll likely emphasise the importance of charging a lot. So that they are invested a lot. 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐲 𝐧𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥. However, the notion that people are only invested when they pay is simply untrue. Nine weeks ago, Lena Victoria and I embarked on a journey to guide 40 individuals through The Artist's Way. Since this was our first time co-facilitating and since we wanted to offer ourselves some freedom in the creation of the process, we decided to offer it on a donation basis. Some donated nothing (yet). Some gave something. Others were donated a lot. Some donated upfront, while others waited until seven weeks in. (And we welcome and love them all equally ;) ) My point is, there are individuals who've fully immersed themselves in the process, experiencing remarkable results. They've embraced every aspect, even the uncomfortable parts. In fact, some have delved deeper than I have ever gone myself into the process. Now, as we approach the end of our 12 weeks together, I'm reminded of that bittersweet feeling when a vacation draws to a close. It's that moment when you're reluctant to part ways, clinging to the shared bubble of togetherness and connection. 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝. Who should get a discount or a free licence of my AI Toolkit? Let me know here or directly. I am currently interested in types of organisations, rather than concrete examples, but open to either. Registered charities under certain size should have some discount. Some underfunded life saving organisations should have it for free. What do you think? I do need money to sustain this, but on the other hand I formally or informally volunteered since being a kid, so I strongly believe that it should be put to a good use, especially to those who would not be able to afford it anyway but could do a lot of good to the community. I was also thinking of creating a donations list. Those who need it and do not fall under typical discount options could be offered to corporations willing to support important goals as part of their community support programmes. Thoughts?

📢🏬⚽️ Calling all Local Businesses/Football connections 📢🏬⚽️ Stewarton Annick 2014s are on a fundrasing mission 🙏🏼 To continue to provide resources to the players who are reaching ages and stages that requires new kit, etc and to continue to provide meaningful experiences to the players which are vital for their development; the Team are working hard to raise vital funds 🙏🏼 Do you have a local business that could gift a service/voucher that could be entered into a prize-draw to support the fundraising? Do you have other items that you could donate that would be suitable for a prize draw? Are you interested in an opportunity to sponsor the team in some ways? For example investing in their much needed rain jackets or team tracksuits advertising your business at the various tournaments and venues they play at throughout the season. Or do you work for a large corporate or charitable/non-profit organisation that can help the team access grants or funding? Are there any other ways that you feel you could help support with their fundraising? SAFC2014s would be hugely grateful for any support that you could offer 🙏🏼⚽️ I can hand-on-heart say that this wee group of players are magic wee people and are going to develop into terrific adults who’ll be the next generation of business owners, parents, teachers, tradespeople, etc and sure to be the future Grassroots Coaches themselves….your generosity will be well placed 🙏🏼☺️ 🤞🏼💙⚽️
