Safety starts with having the right mindset. Most employees who do not behave in a safe manner do so because they don't know WHY it's important. At Premier I&E, my job isn't just to enforce safe behavior, but to remind those who work here WHY being safe should be their TOP priority. The first and most crucial step in safety is awareness, being aware of potential hazards and actively working to mitigate or eliminate them if possible. I aim to reinforce this mindset and create a culture of safety and efficiency!
