Reflecting on Gratitude this Thanksgiving 🍁 As Thanksgiving approaches, it’s a perfect moment to pause, reflect, and express gratitude—for both the relationships that sustain us and the opportunities we share. Thanksgiving reminds us of its origins, a time when communities came together to celebrate harvests and mutual support. Today, it serves as a reminder of the values that bring meaning to our lives: 🌟 Gratitude: Whether it’s our family, our friends, or our professional connections, this is the time to acknowledge the people and blessings that make a difference in our journeys. 🤝 Togetherness: Just as Thanksgiving historically symbolized cooperation, we value the partnerships we’ve built. To our customers, colleagues, and collaborators, thank you for being part of our story. ❤️ Generosity: Thanksgiving encourages us to think beyond ourselves—whether that’s through a kind word, an act of service, or supporting those in need. We also recognize the holiday’s deeper history, including its complex legacy for Indigenous communities. This reflection deepens our understanding of resilience, gratitude, and the importance of mutual respect. To our customers, thank you for trusting us to serve you. To our families, thank you for being the foundation that supports us. May this Thanksgiving bring joy, connection, and moments of reflection to all. What are you most grateful for this season? Share below—I’d love to hear your thoughts! #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Community #Reflection

Let's all "pull some Gs" at the Thanksgiving table this year. What do you typically serve up? If you’re like us, you enjoy the same sides every single year. We all have our favorites. After all, it’s tradition. As simple as it is, it gives us comfort, calm, and consistency at a time when many need it the most. This year, here are some old and new dishes we’ll be serving to make the holiday even more powerful and memorable: ***Gratitude –In addition to the act of returning thanks, we go around the table and each of us shares what we’re most grateful for. If we really want to spice it up, each of us shares the one thing we’re grateful for about each person. Warning: Have tissues handy for this second one. ***Grace – Each year is more difficult for some than others around the table. By focusing on the topics that support and unite us instead of those that divide us, it offers a welcome reprieve from what’s faced daily. ***Generosity – We’ll offer more generous helpings of praise and recognition this year. As family, we recognize our table may be the only place where the deserved acknowledgement for things big and small is given. These three G’s might just come the new Thanksgiving favorites. #gratitude #Thanksgiving #family #grace #generosity

🦃 Thanksgiving Reflections: More Than Just a Holiday 🦃 Thanksgiving isn’t just about turkey, pumpkin pie, or football (though I’ll take seconds on all of those!). It’s about pausing—really pausing—to appreciate the people, moments, and lessons that shape our lives. This year, I’ve been reflecting on: 🔸 The small wins that often go unnoticed. 🔸 The challenges that stretched my limits but made me stronger. 🔸 The people—family, friends, colleagues—who stood by me through it all. In today’s fast-paced world, gratitude can feel like an afterthought. So, why wait for a holiday? 💡 Something you all can try: Take 5 minutes today to send a message, make a call, or write a note to someone who made a difference in your life this year. Gratitude costs nothing but gives everything. Who’s someone you’re grateful for this Thanksgiving? Let’s give them a shoutout! 👇 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Thankful #Reflection #Community #Celebrate

Thanksgiving is a holiday rooted in gratitude and togetherness. Its meaning varies by culture and personal experience, but it generally centers on: 1. Gratitude: Reflecting on and giving thanks for the blessings in life, such as family, friends, health, and abundance. 2. Community and Family: Gathering with loved ones to share a meal and strengthen relationships. 3. Historical Significance: In the United States, Thanksgiving commemorates the 1621 harvest feast shared by the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag people, symbolizing cooperation and gratitude. 4. Reflection and Generosity: For many, it’s also a time to help others in need, express kindness, and reflect on the values of sharing and compassion. While the traditions—like enjoying turkey dinners, watching parades, or cheering for football—may vary, the underlying spirit of gratitude and unity defines Thanksgiving for most people.
