Our Circular Design collection has been recognised in the Sustainable Sourcing - Fabrics & Fashion category ♻️ As a purpose-driven retailer, we strive to provide our customers with more sustainable fashion and home solutions, designing our business and products with circularity in mind in order to eradicate waste and protect nature 🌍 In the last year, we launched a new circular design collection across Home, Kidswear and Fashion, designed to contain an increased amount of recycled content, as well as better materials designed for longevity. The collection aims to support customers looking for more thoughtfully created products that are excellent value for money, and will stand the test of time - as well as being more easily recyclable when the time comes 💚 As an advisory member of the British Fashion Council’s new Circular Fashion Innovation Network, and Lead of the Circular Business Models’ priority workstream, we look forward to expanding on our circularity initiatives, and collaborating with other fashion brands over the coming year. We renovated our bathroom spending almost £17k with them. Thanks God within a warranty period found a leak and complaint about it which took 2 months to someone come and identify after 3 people visited. It ruined our kitchen downstairs. John Lewis team is on a silent mode and no reply from them. It makes me belive that due to this non professional behaviour they have closed there bathroom section. Terrible customer service and even staff members didn’t have sense to write a email to customer. Advise to other learn from our mistake.

Such a shame your customer service has completely gone down the pan! Going round and round in circles… the most arrogant and unhelpful customer service team I have ever had to deal with… this is what happens when customer service is sent offshore … Utterly useless and has cost me a lot of money with zero solution !
