I also made $3.4T for the US Treasury in 2004 making me the primary owner of all US workers since 2004. So no, your largest owner is not a kid. But yes, I already fulfilled the prophecy 'and a little one shall lead them' as an 8 year old prodigy preacher in 78 same year I won a GE science contest that got me flown to Disneyworld followed by Hawaii to initiate those 2 big accounts with China since I'm Chinese American (not Korean that evil war profiteering dark tares have been tricking TV idiots to say so they would lose their job for slurring against their largest owner so the dark tare can take over their job) & related to the 1st Emperor of China over 5000 years ago on my mother's side (the King side). But I was born in Ohio & had only been to China only once in my life, so I'm actually pretty clue-less about China. My family moved to California in 89 (39 years ago) because we had kin here since the 1800's that built the railroads followed by the Chinese Theatre in the early 1900's that was built with actual parts taken from the real Chinese Emperor's Temple built 4000+ years ago & is so big, it's called the Forbidden City. The first show in the Chinese Theatre in LA was 'King of Kings' about Jesus Christ. Ironically, if you pray & ask Jesus Christ or the Holy Mary who I am, by holy miracle, they both point up because my line started over 3000 years ago before Christ. Shem traveled to where China is over 5000 years ago to where China is to start the Shemitic aka Semitic line aka root of David line aka the Chosen messengers of God by blood line. That's why so many previous chosen messengers of God lived so long. And that's why I'm 54 but look 25. It's the one line you can not blaspheme against or you get cursed. Some clever thematic pricing, that's also appetizing for "value oriented" customers - (like me)😋. One commenter even suggested nickel ($0.05) pricing to represent the original IRT fare maintained for over 50 years.(!) The cobranded wrapper with route strip to Zabar's destination is also nicely done in period appropriate graphics & font. BTW After seeing this add, I will be rerouting my commute to make the most of it ; - )

"Has anyone seen the Delaware?" This Independence Day, I was at my parents' house on the Delaware River. Every year the neighbors put on a small parade using their personal cars with July 4th streamers or an ATV or tractor. We then proceed to drive around the neighborhood slowly and wave at a small group of spectators. This year, we shook things up. Mounting a canoe to a boat trailer, the kids and I reenacted George Washington's crossing of the Delaware a mere 200 feet from the river (although miles North of the actual crossing). Not all that hard to create, and it was a certainly a crowd favorite. Here's my big takeaway. With a little creativity and effort, any one of us can turn a normalized event into something more special and memorable. For example, and learning this from a past boss, I occasionally bring root beer floats into a morning meeting to hand out. Not a ton of effort--certainly talked about afterwards. The best leaders I know do three things: 1. Get the job done (a prerequisite to the other two) 2. Make it fun 3. Create memories Sometimes it only takes a little extra effort to make something extraordinary!

Can we talk about ribbon-cutting ceremonies? The giant scissors? The ends of the short ribbon being stretched between smiling executives? The go-to event for any opening that results in the same played-out photo op. I think we can do better. Even a tiny bit of creativity can go a long way here. 🍦Opening up a new ice cream shop? Make it a public event. Hold a contest in advance to see who gets the very first cone, and make that inaugural scoop your grand opening moment. 🔑 Ceremoniously unlock and open the doors of a new store location for your eagerly awaiting first customers to come flooding in. 🔨 Bookend the original groundbreaking moment that took place years ago (with the yellow hard hats and shiny shovels, of course) with a tightening of the last screw or nailing the last nail to formally finish the job. 🏊♂️ Opening a hotel with a pool? Hold an essay contest among elementary school kids giving one winner the first ceremonial cannonball dive into the pool, officially opening it for all. 🎯 There are so many ways to turn a ho-hum moment into something more fun, memorable and social-media worthy
